A graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, Anthony DeSisto was admitted to practice in the Rhode Island in 1984 and currently practices in the areas of land use law, real estate based litigation, government relations and municipal government law. He was a delegate to the 1986 Rhode Island Constitutional Convention, where he served as Chair of the Ethics Committee. He has also served on the Barrington Town Council, including as President. He is currently the Solicitor for the Towns of Lincoln and Warren, Rhode Island, as well as legal counsel to the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council. He is a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute in the area on topics in his practice areas.

Marc A. DeSisto
Director, Government Relations
Marc joined the firm in February 2019. His primary focus is on government relations and business development. Marc graduated from Fordham University in 2015 with a degree in Political Science, where he was a four year member of the varsity football team and also the Vice President of Uplifting Athletes, a charity organization affiliated with the university. After graduating from Fordham, he worked as a paralegal and as an account manager in the technology sector in New York City. He is a certified fitness instructor as well as Eagle Scout, earning that rank in 2010.

Stephen J. Antonucci
Stephen comes to the firm with a background in law enforcement. He has extensive experience in labor relations, including contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and employee discipline. He is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude. While attending law school, Stephen served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and was a Presidential Scholarship recipient, as well as a member of the Honors Program. He was also a member of the 2014 Kappa II class of Leadership Rhode Island. Stephen is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
